NODULATED OR GRANNULATED ROCK WOOL/MINERAL WOOL

Bulk of Rock /Mineral wool undergoes various process stages like slicing, slitting, surface rotation compacted with fins resulting in Nodulation of bulk fibers. These smaller rounded fibers are then put through vibration screens followed by sieving. This finished product is defined as Nodulated Fibers it could also be termed as Granulated Fibers.

Bulk Fibbers of Rock Wool Ceramic Fibers are granulated & then blended together to form composite Fibers area of application being Non Recovery Coke Oven doors as back up insulation after Refractory Castable.

REHEATING FURNACES & DISTILLATION HEATERS

Any operating furnace or distillation heaters require replacement/ repair of existing refractory. “ Not Any More” The new innovation technique of applying Ceramic Fibers with blend of Organic & Inorganic binder to create total encapsulation of fibers then spray it with a unique machine on the refractory surface.
